We assure you that our chairs hold the following certifications – make sure you look for these labels when shopping for your massage chair:
ETL mark: Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL). Founded in 1896 by Thomas Edison to provide assurance to consumers, ETL is one of the world's oldest product safety testing laboratories. Look for ETL and ETL-C certification on all models of our Human TouchTM massage chair, your guarantee that they have been rigorously tested to meet both US and Canadian safety and performance standards.
CE mark: CE mark. Mandatory on products sold to the European Market and equipment operating in the EU, the CE Mark indicates that a product is in compliance with the health and safety requirements stipulated in European legislation.
WFC: ASupported by the World Federation of Chiropractic Endorsement. This association represents the grouping of all chiropractic associations in more than 85 countries across the world.
RoHS: RoHS mark. Another mark adopted by the European Union in 2006, the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
